Building Power Through Resistance

I’m Yasmina Benslimane, feminist human rights defender, consultant, and global advocate for gender justice.

With nearly a decade of international experience, my work is rooted in a simple belief: when young feminists lead, systems shift.

Through coaching, mentorship, and movement-building, I support young women in reclaiming space, building confidence, and stepping fully into their power. Whether you're navigating activism, advocacy, or leadership, this is a space where your voice, and resistance, becomes a force for transformation.

“My ultimate goal in life is to empower women by making them believe in themselves so that they can reach their full potential and get into more leadership positions. Our participation in social, political, and economic decision-making is a must."

— Yasmina Benslimane

From vision to action

As the founder of Politics4Her and co-founder of SWANA Climate Sirens, I have built platforms that turn feminist and decolonial principles into actionable strategies for change. These initiatives reflect my commitment to advancing inclusive leadership, shifting narratives, and creating spaces where marginalized voices are not only heard but drive decision-making.

In my consulting work, I bring this same approach, bridging policy, advocacy, and digital communications to support organizations seeking to embed intersectional, youth-centered, and gender-responsive practices.

Whether advising on strategy, designing engagement frameworks, or facilitating capacity-building, my goal is to translate bold visions into sustainable, measurable impact.

Smashing the patriarchy one discussion at a time

I use my platform and voice to spotlight the systemic injustices women face around the world, amplifying stories that are too often overlooked or silenced.

Through digital advocacy, public speaking, and cross-border collaboration, I work to bring visibility to issues such as gender-based violence, political exclusion, climate injustice, and forced migration.

My goal is to shift narratives, challenge power structures, and create space for women, especially young feminists, to lead, speak, and be heard.
